Sales conditions

Deposit:30% stay prize. Payment to be made cash at arrival. Reservation is granted if confirmed in written whit copy of the deposit until 24 hours from the confirmation of room availability. Deposit is refunded for cancellation made within 2 days before the date of arrivale; otherwise, the deposit will be withholden as penalty.
